Dunno whats going on there - and can't seem to find where to change it
Given that I am dealing with this "IT Stuff" all day at work - I can't be arsed to fix this - Bit like the "mechanics car" - He drives round in the beat up, smokin', clanging old banger - whilst his customers are driving round in their pristine vehicles

Here we go.

Components:
1) Arduino Mega 2560 - http://www.banggood.com/Mega2560-R3...Board-With-USB-Cable-For-Arduino-p-73020.html

2) Ethernet Shield W5100 - http://www.banggood.com/Ethernet-Sh...-Card-Slot-For-Arduino-UNO-MEGA-p-908461.html

3) Protoshield to solder RS485 interface bord on - http://www.banggood.com/Arduino-Compatible-328-ProtoShield-Prototype-Expansion-Board-p-926451.html

4) RS485 interface board WaveShare (http://www.chipdip.ru/product/rs485-board-5v/ ) to realize RS485 interface to connect to S-Bus slave of Roco command station.

Connections of all mentioned above:


Solder pins on RS485 as on hte picture:

Assemble it by following manner:

Plug W5100 to Mega 2560
Plug Protoshield to W5100 on top
Plug RS485 board to breadboard on to of protoshield as shown on picture above
Connect pins of RS485 board with pins of Mega as shown on picture above

Or, you can solder RS485 board to protoshield.

After soldering it could looks like:

Next.

General connections:

1) Ethernet socket => to ehternet socket of WIFI router.

2) RS485 socket => XpressNet Slave socket on any command station. Sketch made for Roco command station 10764 and Roco multiMOUSE.

3) USB of Arduino Mega => USB of your computer where Arduino IDE installed to.

NEXT.

Download the library XPressNet:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/pgahtow/files/Arduino (v1.0) libaries/XpressNet.zip

And qownload atached sketch for Z21 emualtor (attached).

Unzip both.

Library folder put to folder "Libraries" in Arduino folder.
Sketch folder put to Arduino folder where all your sketches are.

Next.

Adjust Mac Address and IP adress of your emulator as mentioned inside the sketch.

Upload sketch to Arduino mega.

Open Serial terminal window in Arduino IDE to see debug log.

TADA! Now you have your z21 running.

Grab Ipad,
install z21 app,
connect to WIFI router which z21 emulater connected to,
adjust IP adress in settings of App according to Serial Terminal log in settings.
Press Reconnect in App.

Z21 emulator you can use INSTEAD of real Z21.

To control your layout you can use z21 apps for Android and iOS (they are for free).

To make automatization you can use RocRail on PC, connected to emulator via WiFi like to real Z21 command station.

Wthout much knowledge I have built the z21-emulator for our modular layout and finally got it working today.
It will be used as a means to provide more wireless connections than the just 7 or 8 of the z21.
