Correct thinners for Testors/Floquil paint

Here's one for our US friends (or anybody with the definitive experience). What would be a suitable thinner for Testors era (bought c 2011) Floquil "Railroad Colors" paint ? I have asked around and Googled the question a number of ways but can't get a definitive answer. There is also the issue of us and US using different terms when describing thinning products. I can't work out whether to use what we call cellulose, enamel or isopropyl type thinners (the latter very doubtfull).

Over to ya'll. A picture included of the product to nail down exactly what I got.
P.S. Does this dry gloss or matt/flat ?

Hi Max
Testors/floguil early paints were oil based paints and can be thinned using enamel thinners. At a push you could use a bit of white spirit or turps.
Their later ones were acrylic... your one is oil based
The matt or gloss question does depend on the colour/paint number as they had both matt and gloss.
Pullman green FL 110045 would have been matt (flat)

Why, thank you good sir. I take it then that Phoenix precision products fast drying thinners for their enamels will be right for this ? Max.
