Yes some heat involved, bowl of boiling water in this case, out the water, then VERY quick dry off before it cools then shaped,on the plow I made a stiff paper mock up first as the angles and bends were a pig of a job, using thin strips of masking tape to hold it together as easily cut with a sharp knife, once the "bits" came together and the mock up was offered up until it looked right then I used the paper to use as a templates for the blade and presto like magic it all came together,as i recall(was made some time ago) i used 4 layers of 20thou black laminated plasticard, until the glue sets on the plow blade it remains flexible for final tweeks then strengthened with bar,I used the same construction on my OTTO bash, hope this is a help but your beast already has a blade,I`m assuming maybe another project?Ooooohhh! I like the window grill idea. Working on a way to do it. Thanks.
Snowfall here on Monday is predicted to be 2-4" but predictions are never quite right. I'll be ready.
I need to learn how to shape plasticard Riograndad. I'm guessing heat is involved.
