Nice and sunny today so i had a chance to run the Accucraft C-16 #268 Bumble Bee  . Got Chloe to chase the train with her camcorder , the loco ran well today pulling 3 coaches just started to slip on the grades near the end of the run due to oil on the drive wheels . Hope you enjoy

very very nice richie!! got a much better idea of the route as well. i liked the "blair witch project" style camera work. Sounds nice when working on a grade.

Re:C-16 Bumble Bee In Steam On Rockery Ridge

Richie, put the camera on the ground close to the track (just enough clearance for the loco to pass) and shoot some run-pasts. If the camera is tilted up just slightly it should give some very dramatic shots as well as sound as the loco steams by. If the camera cannot change focus fast enough you may have to set the focus first (if it has a manual override).

Hi Steven
I bit risky putting the camera on the front of the loco with all the hot water and oil that comes out of the funnel .
