Building The NSLR Bridges

I thought i would show how i built my bridges again.There was two bridges made from wood and i will start with the first ,the Metal girder bridge.wood the base was made from 15'9" /4800 lenght x 5 3/4"/148x 1 3/4"/44 treated timber plank.some measurments come in handy

one of the best railways i have not seen , but there appears to be a lot more trips to the emerald city on the agenda :D
 
i decided the second bridge would be a Warren truss(ish) :laugh: this was more complicated with a lot of angles which was done in sections in the shed
