Build Instructions Needed.

Hi Guys, It's me again, Here at the GVR our little group of youngsters have just been given an old unmade Locomotion Brake End Kit with no build instructions and we think a few parts missing. Can anyone help with the build instructions please. We think from the instructions we should be able to make the missing parts.Many thanks
