Added the other end Jon, These are single ended motors.Shouldn't that motor in the picture have a shaft sticking out of it, Ken, preferably with a worm on it....?
Jon.
That's still fairly pricey - I know it's Buhler, but ..............................Thanks Ken. Are the motor casings the same diameter and length as a "standard" LGB motor?
They must be for a specific model, possibly the rack loco as PhilP suggests - certainly not suitable as replacement motors for standard LGB gearboxes.
With the dimensions known, they might be of interest to someone building a loco chassis from scratch....
Jon.
Can you humour me, and measure the spacing of the screw holes on the end pleaseAs people are unsure of its type and following Rhinochugger's advice I am prepared to take offers for these motors.
I have started a conversation - there'll be a little number on the top menu bar to the right of your avatarCentre to centre of the holes in the end is 16 mm, body length without shaft 54.5 mm. Diameter of body 30 mm. Hope this helps, if you want one or more try an offer.
