best places to buy track?

having started on the quest to buy more track i have come across confusion and errors on my part and lack of stock from certain places.

so the question is where is the best place you personally have found (dragon g scale?) to buy large quantities of track from? or where is cheapest?

Iam after a fair bit all straights mind ! it would be easy if i needed copeuis amounts of R1 curves.......:-
in LGB terms heres whats req:
12x 1000 (single straights)
4x 10600 (double straights)
10x 10610 (quad straights)
2x 10150 (half single straights)

I know of 2 forum members close to me who have done this.

If you stick to £3 per LGB 10000 length or per ft.

Also ask here.

Also worth buying R1 curves cheap and straightening them....

Dont worry guys ive solved my problem i have just bought 16 foot of AMS code 332 from track shack for a good price so iam happy thanks anyways!

also how do you straighten R1 curves take the rail out of the sleepers and straigten? is it that simple?

More or less, although straightening the actual rail needs either a railbender or by straightening inch by inch in something like a Black & Decker Workmate....
