The conversion is now finished, first fix the motorman, two pegs to locate in the holes in the feet



Next I needed to tidy up the unsightly wires are the front, before and after:



Finally the test run



No real change to the tram its self, but now battery RC, with LED lights, not hard work, just a little planning.

Jimmy I may have missed it somewhere but I have re read this post and your reasons for using the Revo sound but nowhere do you say what sound you have? I think it is likely to be a diesel one? If so have you thought about adding some kind of exhaust to represent a bi-mode tram? Or even taking off the pan altogether with the exhaust added to represent a diesel tram?

John, you are correct, it is the diesel sound, mainly for the bell, however I think that the exhaust is a good suggestion, though I would probably leave the pan on, as bi-modal.
