Bachmann Spectrum 1:20.3 Long Caboose

After being out of the hobby for a while and discovering Bachmann are likely pulling out of the 1:20.3 market. I decided that I would try and collect a few more 1:20.3 items. The over evening I managed to get two of these Cabooses pretty cheap online.

From what I can remember these have an 8 Pin DCC socket. My question is ... has anyone added a DCC decoder to one of these cabooses? Any recommendations?

I the past I have fitted QSI Magnum/Aristo decoders to various Bachmann locos but never a caboose / non loco.

Just be aware that the smaller-scale decoders will not take the voltages we use 'on track'..
