Bachmann hopper dimensions

Hello all,

Some of you may have seen my other thread concerning my plans to build an articulated hopper out of wood.

Now I have the material I need to start drawing up plans. Could anybody help me out? I would like the dimensions of the hopper area of a Bachmann big hauler hopper as I plan to make each section 2/3 a long as a standard hopper.

Any replies will be much appreciated,

looking at an old one lying around here its 41.07cm/16 3/8" long
10.02cm/4" wide
and then from the right hand end end to the first hopper door bottom, 14cm/5 1/2"
the hoppers are 7cm left to middle, 7.5cm middle to right apart at the bottom door edge
