I have 3 blocks detected by nce bd20 which are connected to the nce mini panel. I installed an nce light it decoder that controls the signal head. All i want to do is have the signal change when different block are occupied. I’m at a dead end trying to program the mini panel to do like a if or when command? Any help ?
