Asaw these on eBay then saw them nice inexpensive way to decorate an Xmas tram

Saw these on eBay;

Then saw them in my local 2$ shop in different varieties for $1 ea... so When Hyacinth returns from her morning expedition I shall go buy some and with my normal skill decorate a tram with these held on with blue tack.....
I will then end up with an illuminated festive tram for less than $10....
