One of our Sydney customers in Sydney has installled two MylocoSound premium steam soundcards in a large scale Australian Garratt. The result is impressive. There is a short video at
Funny I did wonder if that would work on my LgB/Newquid Mallet conversion, looks like it would have. Any hints on how to do it or does one just run a second set of wires to the second unit?
The best solution, if your loco will allow, is to use the option to connect each soundcard to a chuff trigger on each motion. Then the phase of the chuffs will match what you visually see.

Sorry Peter I think that answers just part of my query. Think I can work out the chuff sensor bit to be separated, do I just duplicate all the other wires to each sound card?

No.
One card you would use for one set of cylinders, plus other sounds. - Whistle etc.
The second card you would just use for chuff from the second set of cylinders.
Obviously, you need power, motor, and speaker wires on both cards.
