Just for interest here is my point control board with two cre55475s and a number of latching relays. Yes there are a lot of wires but this controls 13 points (some paired), 2 isolated sections and a light indicator system to show which way the points are set on the outside of the shed.

Chris, what are the ratings for the relays, I assume the latched "output" come from the TE, and the cabling is appropriate. also what do you power your 55475s from.

Hi Jimmy I have sent you a couple of PMs covering the power supply for the 55475 and 55474 receivers
The 55475 (5 point output) uses momentary pulse for the point motors so the motors don't get burnt out.
The 55474 (besides the point outputs) does also have 2 accessory outputs but if you are using any high drain stuff you will need relays and Chris can tell you all you will need to know as that is what he has set up.

There are a number of links to document on "gscale.net" unfortunately I don't seem to be able to get any to work!

Yeah, the links were working on Tuesday but the whole gscale.net site seems to have gone!
