"Accucraft UK is pleased to announce that we are going to develop a model
of the Lynton & Barnstaple Manning Wardle 2-6-2T locomotive 'Lew'. It is
possible that this model will also be available as the new replica loco
'Lyd'.
The only details that we are giving at present are that it will be gas
fired, and dual gauge. It will also feature slide valve cylinders and have
working Joy valve gear.
At present there are no production timescales or pricing details available.
We are not taking orders for this model at present. When we are in a
position to do so, after we are happy with the sample model, we will
contact all dealers will ordering details."
