Absolutely bonkers G scale clip from the US

WOW thats a coal train  Did you see the size of that shopping trolley being pushed near the end of the video are they all like that in the States:laugh:

Someone has just gotta count that lot...........any volunteers! :wits:

Pulling 122, how sad am i ??????, still more fun than watching football..

No wonder the coal car is out of stock!

I is testament to the strength of plastic couplings. Shame the same loco can only pull about six of those cars up my grades!

Well done Ped. So 122 at abour 20 quid each!!!!! Jes now that is an expensive set up! Look like EBT hoppers to me wonder if the guy changed the numbers otherwise thats alot of "849's"!! How great would it be to have a G scale show like that in the UK

(PS What Football? havn't heard anything about football!!)

...........and extending that thinking:cool:.... you would need a garden shed just to store them.........I wonder if the guy boxed em all to take to the show??............:wits:

there are sickos in my country
122 cars and how much $$$$-all steel wheels too no doubt

its like a bad dream
you  finally come to the end and you realize its not over

Sick'o indeed! be OK if it ws steam hauled mind!!!
And yes the shopping karts ARE all that big thats why 60% of all Americans are obese.............................But not me I'm just big boned.....................OOO er missus...................

How true Paul, but then I am Stig's fat American cousin!

That must be every coal car in Texas LOL

BTW that "shopping cart" is a vendor rolling his stock inside to set up, not someone buying a carp load of stuff, seen that at the BTS.

i just loved the way it was chasing it's tail it tickled me for some reason.... yes the mind boggles- storage, railing them all, transporting them etc etc...

yes a live steamer on the front would have been interesting.

Did you notice that there was a second train that looked exactly like the first one.

I can just imagine an orginiser turning up that point and saying "No, actually you should be set up in Hall "A" You'll have to shift it all next door"

Well, just a few more axles and it could be pushing and pulling.
Looked at vid 17 from the same stable - liked the train load of rails for continuous weld track wending its way round a layout - now that was prototypical.

LOL that's hilarious. In this country you would get some jobsworth insisting it was time for OAP ladies badminton or something!
