A new year, a new start

had some visitors yesterday, Gizzy and Mizzy Gizzy came along. Trains ran fom about 2pm until rather late:thumbup:

3 V52's were on parade, along with some shorties, Sumter Valley Mallet, a Porter, a tram and a cambrai. Here's some pics of the day

We had a very nice Easter at the EM&BHR?

I was driving the 2 trains on the outer circuit, Steve driving the other 2 on the inside track, and the shuttle was driving itself....

Tonight I had my first attempt at lighting a wagon with LED's. The white lights are a bit on the bright side, but for a first attempt. I'm quite pleased with the results

Neat Steve - as its picking up current from the table cloth, I assume they are battery powered.

Look good mate!

If you are using a resistor with the LEDs, then changing it for a larger value will dim the lighting....
 
I decided that it was time to revamp Baytree yard, three of the lines were used very little, so the developers moved in:bigsmile:

Four houses and a bungalow are in the process of being built:thumbup:

The Corpet firebox is simply a red light wired to track power
 
I have rebuilt the former Baytree Yard. It wasn't being used, so a redevelopment was called for.

I decided that with the help from a friend, an Agricultural dealership was built.
