A Day on the Kittatinny Mt RR

Shawn

Hiking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing
I decided to try out windows movie maker by creating a video of the KMRR. Its not a bad pragram for creating movies once you figure it out. I made one movie that was 9 minutes long but my net book memory would not allow any more then a five minute clip so I had to take a few slides out and cut it in half. Eventually I will have to get a zip drive to do what I really want. Anyway here are the two videos I came up with. Needs a lot of improvments. My next step is to incorperate the on board shots with the ground shots. I also want to have the train make stops ect... to creat a better story line.

Brilliant videos Shawn! Really like the atmosphere - B & W really adds to the mood (as does the songs) - very enjoyable indeed.

Stunning stuff. Love the monochrome, love the bluegrass accompaniment. Amazing looking and detailed logging line. All works very well together. More please.

That, as they say, is the Canine Genitalia. So full of atmosphere, almost like riding through an enchanted forest. Amazing.
Dom.

Really nice vids of a wonderful layout.
But there is one hitting question:
On the Work-Flat behind the loco is a barell. Does it hold oil or beer?:admire:

Greetings

Frank

It only seems like 5 minutes ago that your railway was under several feet of snow. Excellent films!

Fantastic Shawn, a real inspiration...........now, where was I going to put that logging line.........................

Loved the video and the sound track was like watching a classic silent black & white movie
