I was waiting for the wife to get home from work so she could see it running with the lights on. If I left it out all night, the javelina or coyotes would have gotten too interested in it.

I did have a problem with one of the cars. It kept derailing on curves. Took me awhile to figure out that one of the Bachmann knuckle couplers was binding up. have to fix that today.

Yes, derailment can often be something not directly linked to the track. Bogie pivots and axle bearings are also sometime culprits :nod::nod::nod:
