Are the Bachmann figures too small?

This is an example, would it be suitable, could possibly modify to make a plausible motorman?

Ideally a few of these would be good Bachmann Motorman, for the conductor I can probably get by using other figures avaialble in the uk, thanks for the fleabay link The Shed, I have purchased some of these just in case I can't find anything else suitable, and now wait to see what the import tax will be.

How many do you need David? I have a large box of figures somewhere.

Just now I am looking for six of each.

I think I should be fine finding passengers when I'm ready for them, but wouldn't say know to them as well if you had some going spare, thanks.

The search is progressing David. I have found three possible candidates so far, and some 1:22.5 passengers which dwarf my 1:24 ones somewhat. Also got some books to look through for plans. Will update soon.

I had a look on one model suppliers web site but halted when I found a figurine of a naked woman sat on top of a naked man, it wasn't quite what I had in mind.

I'll have a look specifically for LGB figures, the one in the photo looks promising thanks.

Have a look on this website, Look for Straßenbahnfahrer (Motorman), Schaffner (male) and Schaffnerin (female). ok, they looking naked, but they are only unpainted figures.

Mine came painted and I gave them later an other uniform. Now they are working for "Wuppertaler Stadtwerke AG".
