Many thanks to Chris M for doing this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oeN_IaYewhU
There is a HUGE variety on display and looking at the video I think we did well to only have two rear end shunts!
Not sure on the sound but all you would have heard was constant laughing and the odd cow mooing. I really enjoy seeing the huge contrasts! Some highlights: beautifully bashed porters doubleheading, LGB Saxon, LGB 2095, A schoma pulling the house down, scratch built british outline, american heavy freight, amtrak express train (huge and shiney), a special that has ventured from Wetton and more...

I could put the sound back on but as you say it was largely laughing and joking with the odd mooing from cows. I would like to add music but you tube automatically detects this now. Perhaps I could add train sounds.....

When I put up my turntable footage, I received a message that there might be a problem and that they would review/advise..... not heard a word since - I do credit the track (which I had aquired from YouTube anyway  )

Regards
Rob

Great video Chris of Ian's open day i very nice selection of stock running

Great video!

Well done chaps....

Revised version of video now available complete with sound. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n2AZJNCmWL4
Some of the sound is dubbed over ..........you may notice this (just a bit).
That green shunter appears to have quite a power unit
My favourite bit is at 4:35 which is as recorded on the day - those cows sound like they are getting impatient.

Great video Gareth never seen a Annie pull so much stock did Mike have his motorized stock cars helping .

Excellent Chris! How could you know that the English Electric "whistle" is one of my favourite noises? Perfect squeaky sound for Mighty Mouse!
That green shunter's Paxman power unit packs some punch too!
