How have you not had grief from ERTL, or whoever owns the license for 'Thomas'?
I was under the impression if you used the image, they came after you??

Hi, We have had no trouble at all with filming our Bachmann Thomas locos and posting them on our YouTube channel. Even the Bachmann company themselves have one of our videos on their own world-wide website so I guess you are right. We don't make any money from this at all as it's only just for fun. More videos coming soon!

Manufacturer endorsement is high praise indeed. Now they need to use your line for prototype testing, as a form of viral marketing (ideally forgetting to collect the models when they have finished)
