Upper Quinton Open Day June 2010

Jisonga

Garden Railways, Motor Sport, Games Consoles.
Last week Chris held a great open day which i was kindly invited to and was really glad i made it.

I got to meet up with Dave and see his fantastic LCE conversion which has been posted about here on the forum and generated a lot of feedback and enjoyed seeing the mirror finish on Chris's Santa Fe engine.

I was also able to get some great footage of this day and all in HD, only let down by my dodgy video skills! and have now go round to editing it all and uploading it on to youtube.

So if you can stand to chew you way through another of my videos here is the link - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KiDk6t9FiG8 - but i think its worth it just to see Daves handy work in action.

Jason.

Nice Video, I thought the 66 looked particularly good .

Great video Jason  Looks like you all had a great day shame i missed it due to wifey giving me her cold :crying: All being well will be at the next one

Wow fantastic line and models...

Is that the same chap who did the orginal LCE Virgin conversion in "Garden Railways the Ground Up?"

chris,s railway is very nice with very generous curves which always shows off any stock at its best. I am not sure if daves creation was featured in from the ground up but it is subject to a great topic right here on this forum. Jason
