Two things?

Might one or two embellishments be possible with this new forum software?

1/ The place to start a new thread seems a bit vague, I found it almost by accident.

2/ The pretty blue action bar at the top. Could it be made to stay, or at least return with minimal upward scroll. At present it only reappears when you almost reach the top. The current option is click "Forum" side arrow for the dropdown (extra clicking!).

For your second query...
I now press the 'Home' key, to get to the top of the thread-page.. UNLESS I have posted.. Then I have to click on the grey background, then Home-key, then click 'New Posts'..

Nothing 'mouse overs' now... I keep hovering over the 'Alerts' icon, expecting them to show..

And the text-box-descriptions of the Emoji's take f-o-r-e-v-e-r to appear on an older. slower PC..
(think that is a nod to the Aero display?)

Unfortunately, the white links on the menu bar turn red/burgundy when you hover over them, which makes the link very difficult to see, it pretty well disappear.

The adverts which appear sometimes part way through a topic are a bit confusing. At first I thought they marked the end of the current posts and didn't realise that there were other posts still to read.

Yes the adverts are extremely distracing. I understand they generatie some income (Although my guess is No one ever clicks them) but putting them in between the posts... can you please re consider this?

I find that "Mouse-overs" can be annoying, at times. If the cursor happens to pass over one, what pops up doesn't go away until I click somewhere else on the screen. Now don't get me wrong, I like a nice pop up once in awhile, as long as she's....................

What I really appreciate is, as the forum user identify areas that are causing them an issue, or overlooked wins, then the admins seem to be reacting to them (where feasible) quickly keeping us users happy.
