My brother alerted me to this series, on UK freeview channel Yesterday. It is available for free on uktvplay, and without adverts. So far three episodes, topics covered include Jungfraubahn, Wuppertal, Lisbon trams, West Highlands (Scotland), Oslo-Bergen something for most tastes. More than the usual travel show reportage, there is some technical content in most topics. I guess non UK residents will have to take my word. I don't know if VPN trickery will let you watch it from outside the UK.

I saw the title in the listings when the series first started on TV proper, as it were, but ignored it assuming that it was going to be a full scale version of The Biggest Little Railway!

For what it is, it is pretty good and relatively well done. I have enjoyed what I seen so far.

Ditto what James said.

I saw the first three so far (Lady Wife ‘obtained’ it from the internet!) and they are quite entertaining. Certainly worth watching.

Yes agreed with the above. This program is quite good.

I am also enjoying the one about Canadian railways on Freeview channel 19....

Latest episode 4 covers Snowdon mountain railway (for non Brits that's a rack and pinion railway in Wales), Australian Blue Mountains zig-zag, Rhaetian Railway tunnelling and loop bridge, and a Californian snow blower not dissimilar to the latest mind blowingly expensive LGB offering. Good watching.

I would like to see the Wuppertal film (and others) but in foreign countries you can't see the programms. A message said it can not be viewed in your country
