I always wanted one of these White Pass diesels as a child - I still do - just a touch big for the EJ&KLR - mind we've got a three truck shay, and I expect it's smaller than that!
Thanks chaps although the weathering is only mine in the blue and white. The yellow and green is new to me and is deliberatley looking in better condition as this livery is tourist era when they are better turned out... rod fearnly did the other two.
I've travelled on the real line behind three of the green/yellow shovelnose GEs - however we passed the down train at the Summit hauled by three green/yellow Alcos. Beautiful railway with a really interesting history. I believe there was talk of an extension north of Whitehorse to extract ore from a mine - although how they'd fit the ore trains in amongst the myriad of tourist trains is a mystery.
