The Railway in winter

Here's some photo's of the railway in winter, emphisis on railway not trains, I was weeding and generally tidying up on Sunday and decided to take some Pic's which I think turned out pretty good.

Santas Village looks a bit deserted this time of year............

Must get the tow company in to deal with these abandoned cars.......

You would think the stream should be flowing this time of year?

It's very bleak here at this time of year not really cold but foggy and damp most of the time Hence the mossy growth..........

Must get some paint on the old summer cabins soon.......................

At least the local wildlife seem to enjoy the weather!

Just in case you were wondering............Yes there are rails in there..........................

There's even a couple of stations.................. Wow look at that rail!!! doesn't notice outside honest!!!

I do like this one very moody................... Oh look one for David! Are you still with us David?

My fresh ballest in the cutting is toning down nicely......................

I've been putting in a few details, now every bloody picture has a telephone pole in it!!

Blimey the cows pasture looks a bit crappy and that lion look's hungry..........

Still dry..............................perhaps when the snow melt's?

When I first put this 1920's Buddy L boxcar out it didn't look too bad, but now it's decaying nicely I think it looks even better!!

Very atmospheric - looks good. Great photos.

Been B Cold here, so only working inside - This weekend it will warm up (allegedly), but then the rain comes.

I didn't move to Florida for this!

No not where I am by the sea but an hour or so east and i'm in snow country if I want it (Which I don't!!)

Sorry Mate didn't see your post! It's the Large POLA station can't remember the number but it comes in three buildings for the set....................OOO I think 904? ring's a bell.............. or was that quasimodo........................... Had to go look it up it's a 901 the base it sits on is 904!
