I thought I would add some pics of my line and hopefully add more as time goes on. I started the railway in 2001 when I was 14 and the basic line was complete my early 2002. There was ariginally one loop at the top but a second was added in 2006 to form a second platform. Over the last 2 years more detail has been added ie, people, boxes etc.

The basic layout.

The Corpet and Railbus belong to Scott from the CFR, the 0-6-0 shunter is the latest loco ex CFR 15 Ratby

Thanks, the incline can cause some problems with locos running backwards with 3 + wagons, at this end there is a run around and a siding. for some reason I have lost the pic, but other pics will show it.

Well done that man!

cracking shots, love it!

The Corpet and Railbus belong to Scott from the CFR,

I do like these engines, so much so I would have some like that myself.....wait a minute, they are mine!! Really great shots of a fantastic little railway there Sam. Think it would look nice with some larger Steam locos on it like my Frank S. Sounds like a running day?!
Keep it up!

I have found some of my old images of the line, all were taken between 2001 and 2005. The bridge has been added in the loop at the top, a pond which has changed since ( see pics above) and the tunnel was removed in 2003.

This pic is of poor quality however I thought I would post it as it shows the construction of the second loop at the top. The bricks in the foreground are where the rails were placed.

Today saw the first ever running session on the railway. Caseys mate (scott) and the woolman(Tony), came down from the CFR. The railway was over run with stock and bacon sandwichs were supplied by yours truly along with chocloate cake and coffee. Scott took some videos of the line and trains.
