Swap Accucraft L&B open wagon wheelsets

Due to a change of gauge, I have two wagon sets (four axles) of Accucraft 32mm gauge wheels that I would like to swap for four axles of the same L&B wheels set to 45mm gauge. Thereby converting my wagons to 45mm gauge. The spare wheels went missing years ago unfortunately!

Have you looked into whether you can pull the wheels off adding an appropriate spacer then refitting them? I've often wondered if doing so was possible for someone in your gauge predicament.
Setting the wheel on top of a loose vice and tapping the axle down might do the trick. Some micro irrigation tube etc. might make a reasonable spacer. Measure the wheel back to back to avoid running issues.
