caught the earlier thread about smokestacks hope this jogs your memories found the photos on my flash drive






put a drill bit into the funnel bottom to stop crushing .set the drill at slow speeds to stop the plastic from overheating and use very fine emery and spray with satin Halfords black .no need to use undercoat

I did the very same thing with one of my own Stainz locos. I like the straight look a wee bit more than the ballon version.
