Monday 22nd February Yes we have had another fine dump of snow this morning in Hemel Hempstead.

So I though time to test out the Aristo Snow Plow that I got from the Evil Bay a few weeks ago. First I had to change the coupling from the Kaydee Type to the LGB Hook Type. Then it would not fit at normal LGB Height. So I had to put some packing to get the height correct. Then when I am already to go, the uncoupler dropper fouls the track. Why oh why do manufacturers have to think that they can reinvent the wheel? Do they not know that we mix their stock and want to run it together? So (luckily) I have a spare LGB Bogie, swop that out and I am away. I have to say that I am very very pleased with the performance of the Plow itself, does a superb job even in the wet snow that we have had today. I enclose a few pics for you (in the pics site) and also a link to the vids.
