I've found a selection of 1:16 scale plastic windows in the garage bought years ago for a project and now redundant. All but one double plain window are in very good condition. The exception has a crack in each pane, so a bit of fine detailing already done for the keen modeller.
There are three different styles of glazing and also a pair of shutters which I have photographed with a double lattice window but can be used with any of the windows. Quantities as shown in the photos.
All windows open and close.
Although 1:16, they could be used with 1:24/1:25 buildings with no problem.
Fixing could be with glue or small brads through holes at each corner (see photos).
Measurements are: single windows 50mm x 75mm (2 ins x 3ins); double windows 95mm x 75mm (3.75ins x 3ins).
Prices are: Singles 60p, doubles £1. Damaged double 60p. Empty single frame 30p. Shutters 40p. p and p extra at cost.
