The attached 2 Vids show this little beastie being very noisy, I clearly got the Chuffer Pipe installed perfectly.

Two thumbs up !!

Jon, you havn't become one of these new fangled interwebs "brand embassadors" type thingies have you ? http://www.roundhouse-eng.com/
Look what has just been "re-introduced" for delivery the end of the year. Hurry, only 100 ltd edition ! 8)
Max.

No Max, had mine for years. But I remember when I ordered it, I wanted the German Colour and Roundhouse were not happy. But I insisted as it was Roundhose Stock Colors. They did say that it looked good when they did it. I rather think the Green that they did, my friend in Swindon has one was rather Garish

Glad you like the Vd..

Got a garish green one, myself. Led to a whole stable / shed of Roundhouse locos in the same apple green colour, if that´s wot you mean. 8)

Impressive pulling power up the curved incline. :D

Ahhhhh yes I love the chuff...

Could be, color is a very subjective thing I know. Just not too fond of that Green. Same with Scotsman, in LNER Green I think it looks horrible. But BR Green, well there is perfection (in my mind)!

Thanks for all the comments guys, glad you enjoyed the racket.

Now that´s what I call a CHUFFER :o

Janespotter, that sounds like a plan. Just looking at this again, I realised what a feat this was for Ted as I call the Loco (long story). 22 Axles round that Curve and Up that climb is indeed a feat that the Weak will not endure.

I am still pondering on a PPS Slow Mo for both of my Roundhouse Locomotives.

Many thanks for the comments.

I like the idea of that Slo-Mo. Most locos will 'jack-rabbit' running light unless you are VERY careful, and even then it's tricky. Don't think there's room in my L&M, the drivers are too close together.

Too late - well and truly sold out!
Expecting imminent delivery of mine, in bronze green.
Hoping it has the current Roundhouse exhaust enhancer.

When I spoke to the SloMo man, he said that he was thinking about a modified one for Insulated Roundhouse Locomotives. May be worthwhile having a chat with him. He does not bite!

Cheers Jon, though what I meant was that the axles are too close: apart from the insulated wheels, which I ordered by mistake.

So you may well be able to get a SloMo then. Worth a bit of research with him.

I've just measured the axles and they are only about 45mm apart, too short to get the Slo-Mo I saw in the video in. No space left to get the clamps onto the chassis between the wheels. It might be possible to fit one in the ash-pan though, as there's more room there.

I suppose I should test it first, but not today, it's persisting.
