While on mandated stay at home orders, spent some time running my new Roundhouse Lady Anne that I got from John Sutton Books & Models. After a quick regauge to 45mm and some tidying up, I gassed her up and a nice run was had. I have a Slomo on order for delivery in a couple months as I wish to leave this one manual control. I had a Billy with the device and it made running speeds more stable and not express train speed on one side and slowing to a stop at the other. She has a nice chuff from the stock exhaust right now (no it doesn't have a chuff pipe), its a 2003 vintage and I dont even think RH had started adding the exhaust enhancer then either. Need to source a driver figure and do some polishing of the brass work. Name plate appear to be super/epoxy glued on. Wasnt there a trick to get those off without damage to the factory paint or having the other plates come off? Its not a bad name, Applecross, and we do have apple trees to ship produce from in a few months. Mike the Aspe
