Rodington railway show

Rodington show was a great success with over £700 raised .I will find out next week the final total .We had every thing there which included, z , n , oo, 7mm ,and g scale .For such a small venue we had a lot of lay outs and three traders .Thought you would like to see some photos of a brilliant day .

It was nice to see support from garden railway members there

Great pictures Graham, as always a spanner got thrown in to the works for me and we had visitors from down south....so no day pass for me was authorised (and the old......I am just off for a bottle of milt trick failed big time!!!)

the rodington show has been going for a few years now and has always been popular all the proceeds go to the up keep ,disabled facilities and improvements to the hall . I think the reason why so many people did not know about the show was because it was only advertised in the modeller monthly and locally in Shropshire . never fear I will let you all know next year .
If anyone is interested there is another show coming up in sleepy Shrewsbury ,it is on Saturday 23rd November at Christ church, Glebe Road .Bayston Hill sorry I have not got the post code . as with Rodington all different scales money raised goes to York house residential home for people with learning difficulties .starts at 10am til 4pm.

PS Bayston Hill is off the A49 Shrewsbury to Ludlow just outside Shrewsbury
