Over the summer I picked up a couple of unfinished Bachmann kits that were perfect for bashing so yesterday I did some hand pushing around the curves to check clearance and coupling chains to make sure they don`t uncouple as the cut chains are long enough. So while out there and taking some pics on the drop bottom car I took some of these two cars,neither car has as yet to run behind a loco.
One reefer, Colorado & Rio Grande and a box car, P.A.& E P, Phoenix, Albuquerque & El Paso, that being another of my old fallen flag model railroads of the past. The unused doors from the kit were cut up to make some crates as cargo, never throw anything away.
