Problem with responding to a chat

I was trying to respond to a chat and got a message "Server failed to respond in time". Is this a problem; the response seems to have posted OK.

We seem to be having a couple of problems.

Sometimes if you do things super fast I.E. Post then again within seconds the system runs home to mummy but gets there in the end.
