POLA 3001 Kit Manual

Does anyone have any idea how I could find a PDF or picture of the instruction manual for the POLA 3001 kit?
I recently bought the 3001 kit, but it did not come with instructions for the depressed center flat car.
It did come with the instructions to build the POLA 1852 tractor.
