But the most interesting items are probably the chrome axles (PIKO used nickle on all their locos so far), so they really listen to their costumers about pick-up problems on extreme dirty track.

Well... apparently gscalenews.com is blocked by my company firewall because of "sex"! Must be some really hot stuff!!

But they aren't listening (or at least responding) to the many complaints about the poor quality of their points' wiring!

You sent them an e-mail but didn't get a reply (I think I read that somewhere, perhaps in the "piko point ... outbreak" topic, or something like that)? If so, send another e-mail. I've sent a lot of e-mails to PIKO already, and always received a reply...

More than one of the Forum's members has sent an e-mail. So has their UK distributor. Response so far: nothing. Not even an acknowledgement of the e-mails. Like you, when asking a question I've always previously had a reply from Piko, but when the going gets tough, Piko don't seem to want to know. :brokeheart:

I have sent two emails to them, no reply. Gaugemaster the UK importer has also sent two, also no reply from Piko but in fairness Gaugemaster have been back to me each time to tell me what their actions have been
It is very odd that Piko haven't acknowledged the problems which they could so easily remedy. I am not looking for replacements or recompense I would just like them to rectify simple problems in what is a basically good product.

I'll let the Dutch importer about this next time I meet him, and I'll try to send some e-mails too.. Weird situation, that's totally non-PIKO if you know what I mean.
