To avoid a nasty accident Percy runs away, but without either driver or fireman how is he ever going to stop? For this story both Thomas and Percy have been converted to battery power with radio control. They also now have smoke units.
The video is based on the story 'Percy Runs Away' from the book Troublesome Engines (Railway Series Book 5) by the Rev. W. Awdry first published in 1950.

Just watched this with my three month old son ;D Brilliant!

We had our Thomas set delivered yesterday but a little bit of work left in the garden to get anyway near yours! ::)
 
Thanks very much Robert and Gordon. Work on this video was begun several months ago, but it needed some work to be completed on the railway and then I had to wait for some dry weather. Pleased you both liked it.

Thanks very much both. I will have to think up an adventure for Toby next. It's a pity Bachmann aren't planning to bring out a new loco this year.
