ordered four axles of teeny wheels for my home-made L&B gondola yesterday - they arrove this morning from the Isle of Man. That's the nearest thing to instantaneous I've ever experienced dealing with a store.

Thanks, John and Neil!

They are ridiculously quick, aren't they? I've bought stuff off them over the years, and can't get home from the IOM as quickly as they can post items to my house. Next time I visit, I might get them to post me home rather than getting the boat or the plane...

From my dealings with them, I've also have been very impressed with the speed of delivery and the service that they provide. The only delay is if its foggy so the aircraft can't take off. They have also acted above and beyond when there was an issue with a delivery (even though the issue wasn't of there doing). Can't recommend them enough :)

It's obvious really,
"Good customer service=good business, bad customer service=no business"
just annoying that not many companies actually know this little tip.

Ah, the customer - wonder who that could be :think::think::think::think:

Customers? Bit late on rhis one, but...”You’re the third one I’ve told today, there’s no call for them!”

Same as in our stores at work. "I'm sorry you can't have a floggle-toggle there's only one left on the shelf - someone might want it! "

Ah those were the days! A store man. I can remember those, specially trained up to be awkward, but at least a human

Ah yes. The horrified expression, with eyebrows scraping the ceiling.

"You can't take that chum - stores is for keeping in stores!"

An ex-army storesman, we understood...
