Never heard of 'Primus' series?

Or has he sprayed them with black primer!

LGB made two different ranges branded Primus, the 1st was for a German department store in the 70s and the second was a cheaper range of LGB in the 80s aimed at younger children. I think the black sleepers are the 1970s range but I'm not certain. The 80s range had a Stainz and several wagons and coaches without lettering but flowers printed on the sides - God knows why!
