Occre Soller tram 53003 instructions

I purchased the Occre Soller Tram 53003 kit from the railway station in Palma about 9 years go. I decided to actually build it once I retired. Leaving it for so long has meant that it is no longer available from Occre. I am actually after a copy of the English instructions for making it. I was hoping someone might have a copy that I could download.
Any help would be great.

A quick DuckDuckGo search turned up the Occre site and this download, multi lingual, hope it is the correct one and helps ....

Looks like it will make up to a great model.

Thanks Ian, i had problems getting around the Occre site and the Soller Tram is no longer listed. Thanks so much for the link, much appreciated. Simon
