I used ahttp://www.jacksonsminiatures.com/ < Link To Jackson's Miniatures Terraced House kit as the base for the building (2 x house fronts and 2 x house backs)

Here's what the terraced houses look like

All I did was to remove the backyard walls, convert the 2 "outhouse" doors to windows and added a door to the end of the outhouse - thus converting the back of the building to become the front.

I also "hipped " the roof to give it a different shape

To say nothing of altering the roof and adding a full chimney stack, and olde worlde beams. Well done Ian, I like, it gives it a totally new perspective.:thumbup:

The paving slabs around the building are random paving slabs from the http://www.richardstacey.com/ < Link To Richard Stacey range

All the timber work is timber and the brickwork is car body filler (the whole building is coated in car body filler)
The roof tiles are individual marine ply oblongs, with the flashing made from a tomato purée tube.
Roof ridge tiles are halved aluminium tube with the joints made from Milliput

The pub sign frame and hanging bracket are all made from brass

And yes I painted every bloody flower in the window boxes and the half barrel............... :(

The only order being taken will probably be "Time Gentleman Please!"

Last orders.............. To the regiment!.............. I wish I was there!............

Popped round to "Old one Sugar" this afternoon. The pub looks even better in the flesh, absolutely superb, right down to the bracket for the name board.

how did you get the walls so neat?
did you first use the filler and glue the wood on, or did you fill between the woodwork?

Hi Korm
Covered the entire building in filler and then sanded flat and spray painted - stuck and nailed the timbers on after that

Here's a pic of a similar build
