Could you let me know what price it would be, including postage, please? Also, is it just an unmade FULL Modeltown kit for an engine shed, including doors or are there any additional enhancements/bits included?
 
I guess it is Modeltowm, I have not heard of them. Do they sell in the states? It looks like a nice building.
 
Yes it is modeltown, which is now based in Lincolnshire UK. It was bought at a garden railway exhibition and has never been opened. I presume everything is in the box as shown on the photo. It is Kit 6, which is not on their current website. The nearest model today is their Kit 14 at £89, but it is out of stock. It weighs 3.2kg; the post office is expensive (£13.75 / £15.85), so I'd use DPD for £5.99 - so say £70 total for UK delivery.
