It does look very nice..
BUT, not at that price, sorry! - Never heard of the company either.

Must not let SW see it.. Her Father worked at Met-Camm in Birmingham. AND she quite likes the blue Mallet etc..

It's got 2 watchers so someone is thinking half seriously about buying it. Sure it's not a 1:1 scale model?

Yes, the makers plate is wrong for the full-size version..
The box size indicates that it is at least one of the G scale variants.

Something in the memory banks says something about J&M models, but can't remember what.

But,as Phil says, can't think that it would have been made at Brum - I don't think the Golden Arrow, or the Night Ferry had fourgons of this type.

I have to plead guilty to being one of the watchers. I remember downloading information and photos of the other matching coaches a long time ago but think they were US gauge 1 around 1:29. Need to do some digging to confirm my suspicions before walking away. I can't see this fitting in with my LGB stock if that's the case. If it's a goer I think I've found a use for the Omega watch I told Rhino about when he visited this afternoon to pick up his buildings!

Depending on how the pound is doing it would be cheaper to buy new from J&M, they price in Euros and this one is 1,500.

Thanks Paul. I'll check that out.
Mike.

Thanks to voodoopenguin have confirmed they are G1 - 1/32nd scale, so will look out of place in my rake. J&M also do a version in the royal blue and white livery.

Do you have a web-address for them please Mike?

Not what am looking for though.. Hoped they did wagons as well.
Not sure what you're after Phil, but Trumpeter (amongst others) do a range if 1/35 wagon kits in their military range.
