I can't put the clock back and change poor decisions I have made.
At 74 I'm not exactly the best of health. I have some savings and assets plus, some would argue, too much money in a current account losing value.
I'm buying an ACE trains 9F purely because I used to see then around Peterborough. I already have 4 ACE locomotives still unused and a Bassett Lowke Flying Scotsman.
I've made an enquiry for an Aster King George V. Again purely because I can and I would like to look at it and own it. I've not 100% made my mind up yet.
I appreciate this is very much a personal enquiry but I would appreciate members thoughts please?
Of course I could buy an expensive LGB locomotive or several Playmobil trains but the KG V has the appeal of being British outline and to my mind is a beautiful model.
Many thanks.

PS. It is currently nearly 4.00 am Thursday and I'm up because I have a tremendous burning sensation in the fingers of my right hand!
PPS. I have no-one to answer to and I'm a selfish *******!
