Massoth Interface

I am trying to open the interface on the Massoth Tool on a PC to read CVs on a new engine. Have used it before but can not get it to open the interface this time.
I attach a picture of the rejection and one of the Com set up.
Can anyone tell me how to proceed?

Have you got the LGB module, or the Massoth PC module?

You appear to have the LGB module selected.

Thanks Philip, it is the LGB Module. Have just solved the problem, it was a Com Port issue. Needed to be Com 3 not Com 5!

Just looked at this and that was going to be my suggestion. Tis a pain that you have to do the Com Port selection each time, not something a non IT techy person like me may think about.
