I had a job where there was really a lot of waste 9-10mm thick plywood.
I cut them all in pieces of 81mm by 30,40 and 50cm pieces


Drilling the holes for the buffers and the couplers in the bottom plate.

Predrill the holes for the screws



Making a half wood connection inti the walls

to receive the head wall better for a better finish.
Cutting the walls to simulate the woodenplanks


It does not really matter how the grain is going, i think it will give a more "used" look at the end

Mark where the "steal beams" are coming.

Dont forget to sand before you mark with a pencil, first 100 grid and for finish 180 grid
